Hubcap show continues a smash success

My mobile, "Yes, we can" is dancing away at this must see exhibit.  You can see it also on the video on my website.  The Exhibit runs through March 2015.

More than 450 people celebrated the opening of Second Time Around: The Hubcap as Art, and most walked into the gallery and exclaimed, "WOW!" We are now pleased to share the exhibition’s 10-minute exhibition video. Landfillart artist Larry Carroll directed and donated it; Ravi Krishnaswami of COPILOT Music + Sound composed and donated its original score. Please post the link on your websites or share via social media. Ditto regarding the one-minute video trailer, now revised to include a few shots taken at the opening celebration.

On Friday night, the MSV hosted one of its Gardens at Night events. The Fabulous Hubcaps—(both the actual rock-and-roll group by that name and the art in the exhibition)—attracted a record crowd of more than 2,400 people.

The exhibition will be up through March 1, 2015; keep checking the MSV website for new developments. Also, Second Time Around artists will continue to receive free admission throughout the run of the exhibition; just provide your name at the front desk and show a photo I.D.
