A Summer Virtual
Art Show
Friday, August 16 / 6:30-8:30 pm
This unique digital exhibition honors the theme of “Community” - that of our world village and also our artistic hearts. Each artist will give a brief talk.
Sculpture by Elisabeth Frischauf, Photography by Lonna Kelly, Illustrations by Donald Partelow Performance of a song, with music by Marian Grudko and lyrics by
author/poet Johnny Ray Moore
Reading of T.A. Young’s poem, “by the river” and an accompanying sculpture
by Kaete Brittin Shaw
T.A. Young and Kaete Brittin Shaw have never met - except through their art. There will be a reading of the letters they wrote to each other, which are literary works of art in themselves.
Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience! Meet the artists and enjoy refreshments.
This program is designed to encourage community conversations and its inspiration is based on the
PBS documentary American Creed.
The film American Creed can be viewed on the web at americancreed.org.
